Mr. Rowe concentrates his law practice in the areas of commercial real estate transactions and real estate finance. He represents a number of bank clients in the closing of real estate loans and secured transactions, and in the workout of loan relationships. He has significant experience in all aspects of the development of residential and commercial real estate, including contracts, easements, development agreements and title insurance. He has served as Special Master on numerous occasions in real estate litigation and quiet title proceedings.
