Residential and Commercial Real Estate
Bryce grew up in Columbus, Georgia and attended Columbus State University where he graduated with his Bachelors of Arts in Political Science. He then attended Mercer University and The George Washington University Law School where he obtained his Juris Doctor and Master of Laws with emphasis in Environmental Law. During his time at George Washington University, Bryce focused his studies and research on the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act as well as the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act. Additionally, he clerked for the Federal Facilities Restoration and Reuse Office at the United States Environmental Protection Agency.
His legal practice involves residential real estate and mortgage refinance closings as well as advising on legal matters involving environmental concerns in residential and commercial real estate transactions.
