Bowen grew up in Bainbridge, Georgia and attended the University of Georgia where he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in English. He then attended Mercer University where he earned his Juris Doctor with an emphasis on Constitutional Law and trial tactics. While at Mercer University, he participated in various litigation programs and successfully represented numerous defendants against felony criminal charges in the Superior Court of Bibb County.
He practices in a wide range of litigation areas, including estate and trust disputes, employment contracts, construction and lien disputes, and general civil litigation. In addition, he assists clients with the preparation of wills, trusts, and related estate matters.
